Tips for using our online application system

Due to differences in personal computer security features, browsers, and operating systems, the online application system may experience some technical issues when accessed on certain computers or with certain web browsers.

DOES THE SYSTEM TIME OUT, GO TO A "PAGE CANNOT BE FOUND" PAGE, OR CONTINUOUSLY LOOP YOU BACK TO THE SEARCH AND APPLY PAGE? If so, you may need to clear the cache (temporary internet files) on your web browser.

WHAT TYPE OF BROWSER ARE YOU USING? Certain browsers are not compatible with Oracle:Peoplesoft, which is the vendor for our online application system. For optimal experience, Internet Explorer 7 is the recommended web browser running on Windows.

The following are the combinations of web browser version and client operating systems that are compatible with our application software:

• Internet Explorer 7 on Microsoft Windows.
• Internet Explorer 8 on Microsoft Windows.
• Firefox 3.0 on Microsoft Windows, UNIX, Linux, and Mac OS X.
• Safari 2.0.4 on Mac OS X.
